The company also considers investments in start-up and early stage companies as well as publicly traded micro-cap equities whose businesses involve (i) rich Internet applications, (ii) information services, (iii) wireless applications, (iv) specialized e-commerce, and (v) interactive media. Farwell Capital does not generally consider investments outside its core area of interest.

Mr. Farwell has been involved in the management, capitalization and expansion of a number of emerging growth companies principally in the Internet, information services and communication industries.

The firm invests its own capital and, as such, is able to make investment decisions quickly and with considerable flexibility.
